Common questions

Is MJ Rush free? Is it real-money gambling?

MJ Rush is free to play and is purely for entertainment. In-game coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money — there is no real-money wagering and no real-world prizes. See our Terms of Service for details.

Do I need friends online to play?

No. Use Quick Match to start a four-player game in seconds — any empty seats are filled by AI opponents, so the table is always complete. You can also create a Private Room and share the 4-letter code to play with friends, or try Practice Mode solo against bots.

I lost my progress / I'm on a new device

Your rank, coins, and stats are tied to your account. Link your account to a sign-in provider (Settings → Account) so you can restore your progress when you reinstall or switch devices. If something still looks wrong, email us with your display name and we'll investigate.

I bought coins but didn't receive them

Purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play and usually arrive within a minute. Try restarting the app first. If they still don't appear, email us with your display name and the store receipt and we'll sort it out.

How do I report a player or a bug?

Email support@mjrush.app with the player's display name or a description of the bug, plus the date, time, and a screenshot if possible. We review every report and act on rule-breaking, cheating, or abuse.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, from inside the app or by email. Full instructions are on the Delete your account page.
